Im glad the charges were dropped, while i do not have inside knowledge on what really happened. I do know that people that knew Mompremier down here in Miami were surprised to hear that he got in trouble. Jackson sounds like a real loser.

Went to the game, the team is banged up right now with only nine players, they led all game long.

This team is going to be very good as season goes along,good skills and heart.

Notre Dame wil have series with Syracuse,West Virginia and Rutgers before considering USF. We are going to a BCS league but we still LACK the name recognition to get those series. All the BE teams including UCONN (because of basketball) are better known to fans around the nation than USF. Thats why we have to take some away games and start winning them to get more national attention.

Yes next year we will be in a BCS conference, but lets not fool ourselves we are far from being one of the big boys. We are newbies in the weakest BCS league.

Well i go to the games to see the USF football team BUT i do appreciate the band. Its one of those extra touches that makes College football more enjoyable than NFL. I think next year when we play UCF and they also bring their band it will give it a more colege atmosphere.

The Athletic Dept needs to start RIGHT now promoting that game. Get HS players and young kids tickets to come with family to it. I think many students will return being on ESPN is a good time to get TV time.

We win vs Cincy then more will come. But if our Athletic Dept just sits backs and does NOTHING, we could see the place with many empty seats.

Well it would be nice if we could get a 2-1 with them.

Well if USM loses to TCU, it will make the Frogs bowl eligible if they beat Tulane. But USM would still have to win one out of UAB and Cal. Not guaranteed wins. So USM really needs the TCU win just as bad.

FHSAA rules DO NOT allow transfer after the year has started to play. They must go thru an appeal process

I hope UM beats BOTH VT and Virginia, that way the ACC champion would have TWO losses.

Well the fact is that many 6-5 and even 6-6 teams make bowls every year and they are NOT worthy of it BUT theyll never turn them down and give a 10-2 Northern Illinois or 9-2 USF their slot. So IF we go 6-5 and get the invite i wont feel to bad because ill feel is a make up for when we went 9-2 and SHOULD have gotten the invite.

With that said lets go one at a time lets beat ECU and coninue improvement is what i like to see.

First 3 games vs SC,TCU and USM

102 rushes 218 yds, 102 passes 585 yds

Last 3 games vs Army,UL and UAB

137 rushes821 yds, 59 passes 362 yds.

At 822 yds he has already the second most rushing yds in a season in USF history and is only 195 short of tying McMillan's record.

I watched the game and thought the same thing, the refs had just called him for a 15 yarder and right after that called the interference that cost us the int. I thought Royal was still mouthing off to the refs and JL was screaming at him to shut up.

Michigan WILL NOT sign any contract that requires them to come to Tampa, Their contracts with UM were for going up to Ann Arbor with no return. Yeah those teams listed need games but we are fooling ourselves if we think USF has enough draw to get any of them to Tampa.

Lets see how we play vs UAB. A win there keeps our hopes alive, a loss just about ends it. A blow out loss and is get ready for next year.

I must say that i agree with Mike, IF we become bowl eligible and get invite to Hawaii not sure we would be a good rep in field and stands which could hurt our future image.

But of course if we DID become bowl eligible it would mean that we went at worst 4-1 rest of the way which would have to mean that we RAISED our game.

No matter what ill be there rooting the Bulls to win.

FAU is NOT eligible for Bowls nor 1AA playoffs. Not enough 1A teams in their schedule for 1A and too many scholarships for 1AA

I guess the Gator fans have forgotten all those years in the 70's and 80's when they were stuck in mediocrity.

Denson was an excellent athlete and very good QB in HS, the problem was that he chose to go to wrong school.

The fact is that they are LOADED with BIG kids with pro style QB skills, Denson is more of a dual threat QB doesnt fit their system.

If he was eligible right now he would be our starter. By the way He DID not spend his whole college career as CB. He was redshirted and asked to switch to DB this year and thats when he transfered.

the fact that Kraky couldnt beat out Julmiste or play at 1AA speaks volume. Do wish he would have stuck around im sure we would have seen what he could do on the field this year.
