They should give out USF football season tickets with the purchase or lease of a new Kia.

"You're getting 0 money down, you're gettin no payments for the rest of the year, you're gettin a flat screen TV,  and then you get to attempt a 3 point shot for tickets on a cruise to the Bahamas with me and Caroline, obut that's not it Caroline, you know what else you get? I'm giving you season tickets to the BEST team in FlAhhhhhhhrida, the USF BULLS, and you get to hang out with my man DJ, now that's what I call yuuuuuuuge, Tampa, yuuuuuuuuge."

  2. Kean looks like he knows the playbook and is great in practice. His first collegiate throw was a 40(?) yd TD to Wilcox, albeit against Towson. His only other appearances in garbage time I recall were Cincy and Navy and both the playcslling was incredibly vanilla. Can't just him in the Game, being thrown into that situation is impossible.

Now up to 76 players completing the quiz.  I want to thank the TBP Community for participating.  It's fun for you, I hope.  The first was difficult, the degree of difficulty will vary week to week.  The second quiz will be unveiled tonight.  Soon, we'll be on a regular schedule.

    Nope I still suck.

If we start the season ranked, then we'll ideally get a good bit of attention simply by appearing in nearly every College Game Day or College Wrap Up show as they typically at least touch on the results of all ranked teams.

And personally, think CBS Sports Network is still better than WatchESPN....although I'm one of those people that still has cable.  My Saturday is flipping through the channels until I find an interesting game.  Unless we're on WatchESPN, I'm pretty much never on there.

I still have cable and have CBSSN on my package, however, since I have Spectrum I can't stream it because the app only streams certain providers; WHICH IS ********!

And if I want to stream it through the "Spectrum TV" app, I can only view CBSSN if I'm connected to my own wifi; WHICH IS ********!

The only bad news to come from that article is that there is a possibility that our September 30th game against ECU will be a nooner on CBS Sports Network. It's a road game, so not as big of a deal from a "fan" standpoint, but USF needs all of the national attention it can garner and the more games played on CBS Sports Network the fewer viewers that will get to watch USF play.

Yeah any nooners on that network is bad news. From a viewer standpoint it seems better to be on WatchESPN, but I know technically that isn't "national TV." I'm feeling homecoming this year again will be a nooner; which sucks.

    Early Prediction

Last year, the Bulls cruised to a 56-20 victory over the Towson Tigers in its home opener. This year, the result likely won’t yield a blowout. It’s going to be a competitive game that comes down to the wire, but the Bulls can pull it off in the end.

South Florida 35, San Jose State 31.

We also cruised to victory vs an NIU team with a better record than SJSU. 35-31?

Good thing he wore that or there would be no USF signage.  I just think its better to over do it rather than only have one lapel pin.  Especially considering the other tie choice.  Didn't make any sense to me.

The green tie was nice; honestly think the green tie with the iconic U's all randomly that they use for the players headshots is kind of goofy. I do like he green and gold stripped one though. I dunno I thought the green tie with the lapel was fine. Honestly surprised he was in a suit! Heck Mike and Trey even cracked a joke about it and Strong says every preferred his khaki short and turtleneck combo. Really liked what I saw from CCS. He was serious about managing expectations and wasn't afraid to crack jokes with the guys.

It would have helped to have Mi'Carlo Stanley at LB, but he apparently put on 50 pounds his redshirt year and blew up from 225 to 274 and is now considered a DT. That is a ridiculous amount of bulk to put on in one year. I can't believe there weren't any JUCO LBs we could get to come in and help with the depth issue at the position. I would hate to see us drop games because of attrition at the LB position. We do have a total of 11 on the roster, but that includes walk-ons, true freshmen, and some really undersized guys. Tajee Fullwood would seem like a good fit to help at the LB position given his size. At 6'2'', 210 lbs he is pretty big for a DB. Also, DE Jimmy Bayes might be able to help if he hasn't put on too much weight (he was listed at 6'3'' 228 lbs)

Luckily they are still running the 4-2-5, so a couple fringe LB/DBs will be used more than true LBs. Just have to hope no one gets hurt.
