Non-anonymous quotes state that its completely safe are in this thread.  I don't trust a quote if the person isn't willing to post his/her name with the quote.

The idea is there are multiple conflicting reports that may or may not be taken out of context. The University wouldn’t allow the team to play if there were any safety issues; it’s not like it would only affect certain parts of the stadium.

You guys are crazy.  The stadium isn't dangerous, they are suing for future repair money.  Repairs happen every year to every stadium.  I would still take their situation over a rental any day.  I don't know for sure but I'm willing to be that RJS costs more than 14mil/year to rent.  I don't think their stadium is great either but it's not that bad.  At the end of the day they have a game day experience and are poised for an upgraded model at any time which is a better position to be in than endlessly discussing feasibility studies.

USF pays $1MM a year. Not a game, a year.

This has been a point I've made in discussions on this topic.  This team was BUILT and READY to win.  Skip Holtz would probably be 5-0 right now if he were coaching this team.

Who knows how it will play out ... I'd like CCS to stay, but if he is hellbent on leaving after this year ...

Image result for well bye gif

You shut your mouth we don’t speak of that guy around here.

  4. Did you watch Cincy against UCF? They are.... bad. At least on defense. The offense can dunk and dunk you to hell though so if the offense doesn’t come to play it can be closer than you want it to be. The running game is on nuclear fire so unless there’s a team that can take that away completely I’m just not afraid of anyone, including UCF.

  5. The only thing that got me is UCF looked sloppy and defense and had a ton of penalties. It didn’t matter at all because the offense scored in every possession. Now I’m a guy that says, look, your offense is scoring at will and extremely fast, yes you’re defense will look tired because they’re in the field the whole game, a la our game vs ECU. I don’t want to penalize a team for that..... but when you specifically penalize us for that very reason, penalties against Illinois, defense against ECU, and DONT for other programs, that’s when it gets ridiculous.

Houston was probably closer to the B12 than we were...

    I'm just saying...

I don’t think that’s necessarily true. The Texas schools didn’t want it. I do believe #Expansionpalooza was a real go at it, but not enough of the Presidents//ADs wanted to share the pie when no one truly checked all of the boxes. I also believe Texas was the driving factor for NO expansion.

Every day this week I have heard one of the radio stations here in Orlando promoting the next UCF home game in two weeks. Between support from the local radio stations and a pregame concert (second they've done this season to my knowledge), UCF's marketing has blown ours out of the water this season. Why we can't or haven't done something similar doesn't make sense to me.

Every week before the USF radio show CCS as been on 620 WDAE.

Kean has plateaued.  He is a solid back up.  Coaches see it too otherwise they would not be alternating Chris O in (who threw some nice passes).  To me that is a message that that position is open.

Not sure that’s the reason; Chris O probably earned some reps in practice. Can’t call out Kean for his limited time when the play calling in vanilla. The QB battle should be interesting next year. And if they keep Battle and McCloud in this class the QBs look good for the foreseeable future.

  9. I mean everyone complained about not playing any ranked teams; well maybe now we will. Also Memphis isn’t that great. Funny everyone talked about how great the West was, but  the he two best teams are in the East. Navy is really the only team that has looked dominant in the West. SMU looked real good, too and is getting better week to week. Houston looks lost on offense.
