A win over houston on wednesday secures the 2 seed in the conference tourney but hte path to a conference title will be difficult. Our first game will be against the winner of Tulsa and Wichita State with a potential semifinal against Tulane (who's currently on a 9 game winning streak and we split the regular season with) and the finals against ucf who we lost to twice in the regular season and are also on a 9 game win streak.

Gators are always stacked along with the Seminoles as usual but there is a significant dropoff after georginia. Next year will be really rough but they are some girls that have shown some potential. Dolby (junior) pitched 2 scoreless innings againt the Gators and I believe she is #3 behind Corrick and Poepping. Poepping gave up 6 runs in 0.2 innings against the gators but she is also a senior along with Georginia.

I don’t see the big 12 getting $1 billion in their next contract since their 2 biggest pillars are gone (Oklahoma and Texas). Even with the additions none of them can replace Oklahoma or Texas. The remaining members will leave as soon as the acc, big ten, or sec comes calling.
