Tags is trying to run the Stanford run heavy offense here without the necessary offensive line. It's not working and you are putting this young qb in a bad spot when you have 3rd and long to go on every series. He needs to adapt this team to what works instead of forcing horrible play calls that results in failure every time.

Here is something to consider: Jimmy Johnson went 1-11 in his first year as coach of the Cowboys after taking over from Landry who went 3-13 the previous year. In year 3, the Cowboys won 11 games and won the super bowl in year 4. I think you will see this team improve over the two years as Tags gets his type of players , although I am not predicting national championship by year 4

Purely a judgment issue with cwt imo ..you give the ball in a critical situation to the player who actually knows how to carry a ball without fumbling in a short yardage situation. You don't get cute and give the ball to a former o line guy who played bball in high school.

I really think Tags should ditch the motion/shifting for the remainder of the season. The inability of the players to line up properly after the shifts and the inability of the QB's to snap the ball after the players are set makes the shifting more of a hindrance than a benefit. It seems like just lining up in the formation we want to be in when we snap the ball would be more beneficial than setting our offense up to fail by using motion packages which they currently can't execute. This is something he can get back to really emphasizing in the spring as the players should be more comfortable the second camp around.

All of this motion crap is confusing our offense instead of the opponent's defense. Many penalties by our offense are a result of confusion. White looked better against houston because the offensive plays were simplified. Cwt needs to scrap this stanford offense till the off season, and put in a simplified offense for the last few games.

This was a pathetic performance coming off a bye week. Not a sign of good coaching when the team looks awful after bye weeks. I believe this team will be bad next year as well.

An injury to white and you're back to bench/floyd. Recruiting qbs are a high priority,and I hope cwt can pull in a few good ones.

Ucf has the better football team this year. It will be interesting to see which program will be better in the next few years. I believe that with the recruits cwt is bringing in will turn this football team around. Give them credit for winning games where they were down big and stopping opponents at the end of games.

Memphis has a tough defense, so it will be a close game.

He may have played against one of the worst defensive teams but the poise and accuracy was impressive considering Houston total shut down our running attack.  I hope the Oline can give better protection and open holes for our running game going forward.  I also believe Memphis will be the toughest defensive team they will face the rest of the year

Yeah, Steve O'Neal was so tormented that we (many of us) met regularly in lot 6D to laugh, joke, chew the fat about USF athletics and clank beers.  This is why most of those guys won't use TBP, there are too many idiots on this site acting like they know something when they know less than nothing.  Clowns.

I used to read that blog regularly.....what are you talking about ?  It was Steve O who hurled insults towards everyone with exclamations regularly who didnt agree with him....i may not have agreed with some of Turd's view points but towards the end some of Steve O's insults were down right nasty.  Its ok to have a different view point and disagree with other posters.  Some of you guys take this way too seriously.
