Wasn't the basketball practice facility about $25 million? A combined IP and football center would top that but the IPF is about $18 million??? Just going from memory so a likelihood I'm off on the numbers.
If I’m not mistaken the Sun Dome renovation exceeded $25 million.

Correct - Culture problem is the answer here.
A lack of interest in college football or paying for a stadium is a culture problem???

The answer to your question is, never. Colleges have been milking students to pay for athletics since at least 1905 when Walter Camp was charging students an $8 fee. That's about $215 each in today's dollars, if you're scoring at home.
I don’t recall being charged any fee that was to support inter-collegiate athletics in any way. If you wanted to attend football games you purchased a student season ticket. One of my granddaughters is a student there now and it’s still the same way.

Thanks, I read earlier where someone said to try Knob Creek and Makers Mark and that will give you idea into your likes. I think I will start with those as I have also seen them in my local liquor store. I live in the middle of no where so selection can be an issue.
You’re welcome.
Maker’s is a wheat bourbon (sweeter), while the others are rye bourbons (spicier).
While I recommend Knob Creek, In your case I would go with the Four Roses Small Batch, and Maker’s. If you can’t find the FR Small Batch, look for it’s cheaper cousin, Four Roses (Yellow Label).
If your house water is chlorinated or contains iron, it will negatively affect the taste of the 🥃..buy a bag of ice in a store.
Enjoy!

Jack or Jim mixed coke and a lime is my typical cocktail drink order. Although Me and Jim go way back to high school, I will admit I am also new to the Bourbon world outside of that.
I am looking to get into trying some bourbons that are good to drink straight. I don't usually like things neat so any suggestions that go well on the rocks would be appreciated.

What does everyone think of straight up Jim Beam bourbon? Recently acquired a bottle ... do people like it neat? On rocks? Or is it mainly a bourbon for mixing?
Words that come to mind at the mention of Jim Beam White are paint thinner.

Well of course, but opinions mean more if if they come from someone with experience or competence.
Well then, having been a STH with both Arena Club and HWC access since their inception. I’d say I more than meet your criteria.

I am not a WBB STH and I have not dined in the HWC, but then again , I'm not the one passing on a personal critique of the food.
Isn’t expressing opinions what forums are for?

Why are you posting in WBB Season Ticket Renewal thread?

Are you a season ticket holder? Or just spitballin' again?
Yes, I am... are you? How many times have you “dined” in the HWC at WBB games?

Aramark has multiple levels of quality they can provide. $$
USF’s level is just slightly above the Joe Arapiao Plan.

I live 1,200 miles away and don't want to the food option. I want my tickets.
Option!!! Your options are: 1. take it or 2. take a hike. We’re taking the later, and have talked to others that are contemplating doing the same.

Received this yesterday. Do you think they may get some phone calls asking for clarification? Or are my reading skills diminishing? Is it all 3 things you have to do? If I just want the buffet price added to my tickets and not donate/pay $1,350 how much is the ticket increase? Whew. Too much to process this early.
Hello,
Thank you for being a member of Jose Fernandez’s Women’s Basketball Coaches Club! Due in large part to the investment that you and so many other fans have made in the women’s basketball program over the past several years, we are one of the top programs in the nation.
• Six consecutive seasons with 20 or more wins
• Four straight NCAA tournament appearances
• Selected as 1 of 16 schools to host the NCAA Women’s Basketball First & Second Round games
In an effort to improve the fan experience at Women’s Basketball for the upcoming season, you will see that we are providing a pre-game buffet for all season ticket members who choose to sit in sections 101-104 of the Fifth Third Bank Club or sit courtside.
This was implemented last season during the Men’s Basketball season and based on the feedback from those donors and season ticket members, it was a resounding success, and therefore, we are providing it to Women’s Basketball season ticket members as well.
While the added value of a full buffet does come with an increased price of the season tickets in those sections, if you are a member of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Club ($600 or more for the 2018-19 season), have made the required donation to access the Fred & Kay Meyer Hardwood Club ($500 or more to the Bulls Club for the 2018-19 year), and purchased a Hardwood Club pass at $250/person ($125/person for Iron Bulls), you would be able to access the full buffet without having to pay the additional food service portion ($120) of the overall season ticket price.
To ensure that you understand your options and choose the best experience for you and your friends while we cheer our Bulls next season, we will be following up with phone calls throughout renewals. And as always, please feel free to reach out to us. Renewals will begin on May 1st with a deadline of June 1st.
Thank you for your continued support, and GO BULLS!
You must have had some bad Bourbon.
The cost for Arena Club tickets will go up by $120 (shitty food addition) which is going to double the current price unless the ticket holder has Hardwood Club access.
Coaches Club members with HWC access will see the minimum donation go up by $100.
Ramming this down the throats of the AC ticket holders is total BS.
Harlan’s contract should not be renewed.

Harlan has done some good things for USF sports. No comparison to the last guy. He was so disliked even UCF folks vandalized his car... I would think the USF's job is a pretty good gig plus a great area to live. Someday we may have continued continuity of quality coaches and focused AD, etc. see what happens. Agree or not with the direction / marketing antics of ucf AD, they are now recognized nationally and building a fan base. Hopefully, the elusive conference championships for our football and basketball teams will end soon. Hell, I'm hitting my 70's I can't wait much longer.... Go Bull's!
The perp who slashed Doug Woolard’s car was never caught, leaving open the possibility that it was a USF goon.
Like him or not, Doug Woolard accomplished a lot during his tenure.

Not sure why people are giving Harlan credit for hiring Tags though...Woodard hired Taggart before he was canned in 2014. Fernandez has been here for like 15 years? I think that was all Selmon.
USF never had an AD named Woodard.
Paul Griffin hired CJF.
Doug Woolard hired Taggart

An OCS should be funded by Bulls Club donors, not on the already over- burdened students.

I think the last two seasons have proven that winning isn't the total cure for attendance woes.
We need an OCS, and we need it now.

We're willing to take you to the range and shoot some **** up if you were to stay with us... we have a nice little arsenal to utilize for interested parties (more my wife than me). I'd personally rather be playing sports than spending time on a gun range (depending upon what we're shooting).
So, an Army Doctor, and a former Swabby are “willing to take” combat arms troops to the range as part of a 4 day $10,000 lodging package. Military Friendly! such a deal...LOL
