A few years back I purchased some season tickets from Steve. There was one game when the tickets were switched or some kind of mix up..but the tickets we had would not have worked. Steve called me on my cell phone, met up with me before the game and made sure we had the correct tickets for the game. Steve did not have to do this..I was a stranger who he had only met once before. When I returned to our tailgate and told everyone what Steve had done, they all agreed only a truly genuine and honest person would have gone out of his way to make sure we had the correct tickets. We will all be cheering on the Bulls with Steve and his family in our thoughts and hearts.

Mike and John have worked for USF for what...like 12 years? I remember they were the first ones selling football season tickets. As a customer, I will miss the personal touch and knowing the person I talk to over the phone. Also, seeing them at the games and events...great ambassadors for USF. Best of luck!
