I heard to UF rents scooters / gold carts... and that you can drive them around campus... is this true  ???

Not sure I will ask some friends that work there, I know they rent cars, i.e. honda elements, if they do it is something new. That being said scooter is the main mode of travel around town and campus. Just jump on one and hot-wire that sucker. T-bone used a scooter regularly.
