Williams played collegiately at South Florida. Last year he played with the Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers. Williams orginially entered the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars as a fifth-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. After getting cut by the Jaguars in 2008, Williams was signed to the Philadelphia Eagles practice squad.Williams was part of strong secondary in college. Safety Nate Allen was drafted in the second round this past April's draft, and Williams formed a strong cornerback tandem with future first-round pick Mike Jenkins.Pasco rejoined the Bucs on August 6. He was signed as an undrafted free agent on May 3 and was released on May 18. Pasco allowed a 34-yard reception to the Dolphins Marlon Moore that set up the Dolphins' game-winning touchdown in the Bucs 10-7 loss in their preseson opener.
