Chris Freet moving to U of Miami

Chris has made it official that he is accepting a job with Miami. 

He's been at USF since 2007 as Assistant director of Athletics/Communications (SID), replacing John Gerdes.  I'd like you to join me in wishing Chris luck at Miami. 

In my opinion, Chris had a huge impact in envisioning and developing the Bulls online presence at the official site, GoUSFBulls.com.  Many know that USF was behind the eight ball for a long time with their internet presence.  Chris embraces the internet and social networks including our community here to broaden the reach and appeal of USF Bulls Athletics.

I think he accomplished much in growing the Bulls brand and while I never met Chris in person, we had a great working relationship.  He involved our members here in various things and he promptly responded to inquiries and issues.
