I was just talking about that game this weekend. My friend didnt go because "we we're going to get demolished." He still regrets not going. I was nervous until Chad Simpson's KO return, I knew no way we'd lose after that.

Reminds me of what Rutgers did to us after we got to #2 with all of the gimmick play. I remember coming down hard off of that high the next week against UM... practically shut out in the rain.

We've argued Rutgers quite a bit before.

Don't forget that Rutgers score was like 30-27...not quite the ass-kicking USF put on Louisville and without the controversial calls you had int he USF-Rutgers game.

Rutgers didn't beat us 45-13 or whatever that was we did to UL.

Very true!  This game is arguable my most favorite game I've attended.  I remember calling my friend at halftime because he was taunting me all day about how they were going to get creamed.

i remember my friend went to that game and it was his 1st USF game and loved it. made me 1st start watching USF games whenever I could bc I was in Texas

I remember telling people all week that we were going to beat them. And then the environment in the student section for that game was insane right from kickoff.
