If I had to guess it would be early August. Most casual football fans would have football back on their radar and would be looking to buy tickets.

To get the best price, wait until the week of the game.

There is no way to guarantee the person is actually a Bulls fan.  Advertising here would be a good start, but you could get a better price through Stub Hub and/or Craigslist.

Craigslist will get you tons of phone calls and/or emails.

People will probably try to haggle you down on price on there though, so be careful, also, always make sure there's a 2nd person with you when you do the physical transaction.

If you want to know where the visiting section is it is in the upper corner or mid corner of the east stands in the student section and it is HOT!, in the sun. Chances of getting puked on 70%.
