Too early to tell. If I had to guess, I'd say no.

I do think that we will have two or three players drafted. But, we don't have any sure draft picks at this point.

Bogan will have a big year and will get drafted. Mike Ford would have been drafted.

I don't see any upperclassmen on the team this year who I think could enter the discussion as a potential first round pick, BUT nobody at this time last year would have predicted that Jason Pierre-Paul would be going in the first round either. So if one of the seniors on defense - Sabbath Joseph, Jacquian Williams, maybe Bedford - can just come out of nowhere with a spectacular season, it's possible. But it would have to be a pretty amazing season, and I don't see it happening.

(The difference between JPP and any of the guys I named, of course, is that JPP had never played a down of football for USF before, so nobody's expectations for him were based on what he had done on the field for the team; these other players HAVE played for USF and we already have a pretty good idea what they're capable of.)

Unless Davis comes out and just beasts for all of next season i don't think we do.

I expect big things out of Bedford this season.

He had 13.5 sacks in 2007 in JUCO (JPP had 14 that year). Hopefully Bedford is in D1 mode by now.
