He went back to the sidelines after that play, not sure if he came back out after that. He showed some grit coming back in and making that catch. I sit right behind the bench and he was coming off after catch in great pain, would work it out, go back in, take more punishment, and repeat. If its not seperated, he'll play against UM. The guy plays like he has been in this program for years as he does not seem to play like a freshman. I remember Coach Leavitt prasing Sterling so much in Greg's reports, but I just thought that was coach talk. I like to see things to believe it sometimes. That game up in Tally when he made that TD catch, I just had a feeling that this guy is going to be something special for USF. Glad that USF won this recruit. GO BULLS!!! He is very impressive and after hearing about the in and out in the fourth qtr it sure shows he is tough. Really excited about he and BJ playing for another 3 years togeather. Not that it makes a difference because he has made the jump to D-I from HS look to easy. Great kid with an outstanding future.

Don't we have enough of those guys (we shuffle in like 10 a game) to not have to play our 2nd stringer at WR?

I don't understand why we do that, either.
