i think we are really overlooking that point.  i'm not here making excuses, but that is a very YOUNG team.  with all the talent we had in last year's class...i still think the future is bright for USF.

that Rutgers loss sucked a lot of life out of us (rightfully so) but we really need to re-group...and CRUSH these redbirds. 

I am still pissed that they ruined Senior Night 2 years ago.  they better not pull that crap this year.

then we all know the HUGE game with Miami the following week.

we should have recruited better freshman last year that could have been impact players if the guys we have are so bad

sorry losing to rutgers 31-0 is inexcusbale when usf is located are in the middle of the games best talent

The offensive line was terrible in those 3 losses and behind the line is a redshirt freshman it is a huge reason

why we have struggled.

People that want Leavitt gone are idiots. Leavitt is building something special at USF and the recruits are taking notice. We have a lot of young players that have been some of the best talent ever to come to USF. A lot of those players are redshirting and they will be ready next season. Two more years, and USF is going to be a beast.

I know and 2008 was supposed to be our breakout year (we started the season in Top 25) because we had all 11 starters back on offense and most of the defense returning... and somehow we managed to have our worst season in the Big East (2-5).  :
