All of the conferences, put the ACC in front of the BE. Some even put the WAC, MAC, CUSA, MWC and/or the Sun in front of the BE. Here is the breakdown by conference.ACC - SEC, Big12, Pac10, Big10+, BE, MWC, Indy, WAC, MAC, CUSA, SunBig 12 - SEC, Pac10, Big10+, ACC, MWC, BE, Sun, WAC, Indy, MAC, CUSABig10+ - SEC, Big12, Pac10, ACC, MAC, BE, MWC, Sun, Indy, WAC, CUSAPAC10 - SEC, Big12, Big10+, MWC, ACC, WAC, BE, Indy, Sun, CUSA, MACSEC - Big12, Pac10, Big10+, ACC, BE, MWC, Indy, Sun, CUSA, WAC, MACCUSA - SEC, Big12, Pac10, Big10, MWC, ACC, BE, WAC, Sun, Indy, MACMAC - SEC, Big10+, Big12, Pac10, ACC, BE, Sun, WAC, CUSA, MWC, IndyMWC - SEC, Big12, Pac10, Big10+, ACC, WAC, Sun, Indy, BE ???, MAC, CUSASun - SEC, Big12, Big10+, ACC, CUSA, Indy, BE, MAC, MWC, WAC, Pac10WAC - SEC, Pac10, Big12, MWC, Big10+, ACC, Indy, MAC, BE???, Sun, CUSAIndy - SEC, Pac10, Big10+, Big12, ACC, BE, MAC, MWC, Sun, WAC, CUSAIf you average out the rankings for where each conference was ranked (1 strongest, 11 weakest), then here is the result.1.00 SEC2.27 Big123.36 Big10+3.55 Pac104.82 ACC6.55 MWC6.64 BE8.00 Indy8.45 WAC8.73 Sun9.09 MAC9.55 CUSAThe SEC is the unanimous pick for strongest conference. And they're stupid too because they keep pushing to have the Big East expelled from the BCS to let them in, but all along there is a seventh AQ bid available, without taking a conference out.The BE plays good football. It's a very defensive minded league, but this year it has been very offensive as well. To me, the SEC/Big 11/Pac-10/Big 12 will always win stupid surveys like these because they have alot more teams and higher amounts of people voting on stuff like this. A majority of them know nothing about the Big East, save for the fact that Syracuse sucks, WVU has won it a few times with some Pat White guy, and the BE trumps them all when it comes to basketball season. Most people hate on the BE, even amidst the winning bowl records, the great OOC records, the winning record AGAINST the SEC, and the amounts of NFL draft picks the BE pushes out. They view the four "noobies" of the BE as programs with no tradition (even though Cincinnati is one of the older football programs), and anytime someone has success, they play it off as a fluke or a one-hit wonder, but yet if a Vanderbilt team has a good year, it's because the conference is so strong. :\I say **** 'em. We'll keep proving it on the field. We're slowly improving the bowls, and the teams are doing much better now, so it's just a matter of time until we have stolen enough spotlight to finally get some respect.
