As I stated in the beginning of the season... the playbook is NO DIFFERENT.

I have seen the playbook with my own two eyes and asked questions about it. Response being, same plays as last year.

You can see how the actual execution of our plays is basically the same. Canales just calls different plays in different situations then Gregory.

WE HAD A BYE WEEK TO PREPARE AND HAD ABOUT 150 YARDS AND NO POINTS.

i didn't think it was possible, but he may be worse.  We set a new all time low in first downs tonight and our worst offensive output since joining the BE.

Overall I think you are right.  Canales has shown the willingness to throw the ball down the field more than Gregory though.  That’s probably the only good thing about Chico.

This team is about 5 BJ Daniels bombs away from being 4-5 instead of 6-3.

umm...we did lose the all time offensive leader in the big east to a redshirt freshman.

i think we need to save judgment on chico.  he spent the first 6 months of being hired...working with matt....he has worked with bj for what...2 months???

to compare him to gregory is premature at best

I am not sure if it's because I bleed green and gold, but is it sad that I can call the majority of the offensive plays before the snap?

On the 4th and 2, I turned to my wife and said "play action." Do others see the same thing, or do diehards normally pick these things up, regardless of the team?

that play action was a TERRIBLE call.

not only cause we ran a play action on 4th down  but also because it was a play action that followed the "action"

BJ fakes the hand off to the RB and then runs right behind him.

who were you trying to fool?  the guys who went to tackle the RB but now are in perfect position to tackle the QB or push him back 40 yards?

Yes, I seem to recall a quote from MG earlier in the year (I think it was on Greg's blog) that we're we basically running the same offensive plays as last year.
