Every time something goes wrong you see him snapping at teammates and generally blaming others... When BJ gets punched in the mouth he whines and folds.

come on....grothe did that....leavitt does that....

what do you expect?

i hate it.  i hated it when grothe did it.  but its not just specific to BJ.  it seems to be the culture here.  when something goes wrong...blame someone else.

Other teams will start to see that and know how to break BJ in the first quarter. Plus it's not good for team morale.

I know everyone does it. However, he does seem to do it more than I think you should. Against Cincy, someone was trying to cheer him up (for his own good) and he swatted at their hand.

One thing is for sure, he is not a natural leader. The problem? I don't know who is going to train him to be. Maybe Heath can rub off on him.

the kid was standing 20 yards away from a single teammate... the announcers can see it themselves... Marquel had to walk over there....

He is a freshman and nobody around him on offense is stepping up, even the OC is a joke in the eyes of BJ probably. I would be mad as hell as well if i was him.

I didn't really notice him having many issues this game.  If so, not sure what game he was watching, he was by far the biggest problem with our offense tonight.

He's 19 and a fierce competitor.  Grothe was doing the same his first year.

But I agree that he has to stop or he'll lose his teammates.  Now, if he wanted to say something to someone he should go right up to that player on the sidelines and do so...constructively of course.  Which is hard to do at 19.
