Guessing NC State start time?

The week before our game they play ECU and it was just announced as a noon start.  I looked at their schedule and it says that our game is PARENTS weekend... I would guess that means various activities for parents... I will guess the game will be a 3:30 start  Anyone else have a gut feeling?  Just wondering as some us who are going could make plans for before or after the game.
