Just a heads up for those people who still need tickets to the UCF game:

Limited number of premium seats for USF game on sale Friday

posted by Iliana Limón on Aug 28, 2008 5:08:43 PM

UCF will sell a limited number of $65 sideline seats for the UCF-South Florida football game Sept. 6 at Bright House Networks Stadium. The tickets will go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday. Tickets also will be available for purchase through Ticketmaster at (407) 839-3900 or online at www.ticketmaster.com. The South Florida game kicks off at 7 p.m.

The $65 South Florida tickets typically go to people who buy season tickets, but those tickets weren't sold and the seats are still available. The $65-fee only covers the ticket for the South Florida game. The price is higher because donations are usually required for season ticket holders buying the seats.

greg's blog

UCF has announced that a limited number of tickets for next week's USF-UCF game in Orlando will go on sale Friday morning at 9 a.m. at a cost of $65 each.

Aside from USF's contractual allotment, UCF had been limiting single-game tickets to the USF game to season-ticket holders, which start at $210. With seats available with a week remaining before the game, UCF has made tickets available to the general public. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster at (407) 839-3900, or at ticketmaster.com. Here's the official UCF release.

$65 is a pretty ridiculous price to pay for that game. I got Capital One Bowl tickets for $50 last year and that game was a classic. And I had middle bowl seats. UCF can't justify that price.

lol @ 65 bucks a ticket. I don't care if they are donation seats, they're obviously not getting the donations for them.

Just curious...anyone taking advantage of this?

I'm curious to see how well they sell at $65.

I'm going to be hurting from the $45 ticket that's on sale for students. That's rent money!

Oh well- I'll be there!

Looks like $45 seats are now available at TicketMaster.

Buy em now if you don't have them yet.
