Regarding the new guys who have not been cleared: are they in school?

School has started. I'm wondering if those guys are enrolled and are students or are they still not cleared for that part.

And if they are USF students, what's the big deal about not being able to practice football? Sounds funky.

They are students, and at least one is practicing (from what i've read)...

clearing house is only sports related... you can still go to school without ncaa clearinig house approval.
