Youtube obviously doesn't work, at least not without a program to download the videos to one's computer. Any advice?

Youtube obviously doesn't work, at least not without a program to download the videos to one's computer. Any advice?I can only speak for me, but...I record every single game on a Windows Media Center DVR setup... I can import the footage into TMPGENC quickly and cut and splice fast. Then, I can output to a youtube-optimized format.
