Yes, he tested the waters... but decided to come back.

I just had to post this quote from Amarri... I LOVE IT!!!

love it, but did he really consider leaving? That's about as anticlimactic as BB and Altron's press conference after their junior years when they formally announced that they would be coming back for their senior year.

Our receivers have got to be excited to see what they can do with a legit running threat back there with Grothe.

Just like I said with regard to Mike (Jenkins).....a diploma will hold him in good stead.  If he doesn't get the NFL nod, he will have the capability of earning more than if he didn't have the sheepskin.  

That being said, love the guy and so glad he will be back again.

someone would still take a shot with him in the late rounds.  amarri has "randy moss project" written all over him.  he has the height, speed, and jumping ability to turn into a serious deep threat in the NFL.  they know he has really only been back in football for 2 years now and is no where near his full potential.

i am glad to have him back but he probably would of gotten drafted this year.  hopefully he can move up to the 3rd or 4th rounds by coming back.
