This will be quite interesting- how do you fold in a 0-0 Ohio State mid-season against say a 4-1 SEC team or undefeated AAC team

irrespective of records, the playoff will likely windup being 2 SEC teams, Clemson/ND and a Big10 team

Assuming no PAC 12, MWC and MAC, they should just give the remaining 7 conference champions an auto-bid, have 5 at-large bids selected by the committee and give the top 4 seeds a bye.

He meant add 2 teams from the ACC, Big 12 and Big 10, as ESPN would never let us lowly peons in the G6 compete for a “real” national championship.
