Between the post game press conference and the listening to his interview as he was leaving the field I picked up an enormous difference between this coaching staff and the previous regime.  

Scott actually said the staff had the team prepared. Even after a win (which were usually ugly), Stong used the phrase "we were not prepared" way too often. 

Big difference to me.

Yeah Im all in with this Coach.  It is so refreshing to have a Coach again who is inspiring, high energy, prepared and knows what the hell he is doing.

He has a little bit of Leavitt in him but more measured.

We may not have the horses this year to win the Conference but good days are ahead as long as he stays.

Yes Strong said that line it seemed almost every game for atleast one phase of the game...it got old quick since that his and staffs responsibility is to prepare the team.

I know it's just one game but I sense a difference about this team.

Scott is a much more engaging and energetic speaker than Chuckles.

Shout outs to Glenn Spencer are deserved. Hope we have a mean defense this year. Glenn seems like THE man.

Also noticed this:. Strong was all about "gonna make Tampa a USF Town," but did nothing help his cause.

Scott constantly talking about how special this place is and looking to have an impact.

I think this team played well thru the adversity as compared to a Chuckles team that, IMO, never played as well as they should.
