I'm working in area helping people with storm damage from the Derecho and would love to see this game.

Per Notre Dame...

Stadium capacity will be 20% or less, the university announced Monday, and the only people allowed to attend will be family members of Notre Dame players, Notre Dame students, Notre Dame faculty and staff, and parents of players for the opposing team.

Yeah tried to pursue this angle and looks like it didn't look like it would be possible.  I know an alum but no dice there LOL.
