Blackjack! Passing the time with no sports.....

Why not join fellow members in some Blackjack on TBP's Bull Chip Table where you can play blackjack and chat with members.  The game is run on members points, which of course, you earn on the board by posting along with some other actions.  Here's a look:

Did the thought ever enter your noggin'..."you know, I'm glad this corona / dos equis stuff didn't hit during football season". It's one thing to have to forego the tournaments, but not sure how I'd behave should the August to December entertainment get cancelled.

I cannot seem to get the insurance to work properly. It never pays when I click insurance with the dealer showing an ace (and has a ten hole card for black jack). It isn't like I am drawing another card so I think this feature is screwed up - along with not being able to split. It is fun though as a diversion.

Yep, I simply play recklessly and fast, like when in Vegas.  It reminds me of my first time in Vegas for work and I flew out on a Saturday.  I stayed at Harrahs and got rowdy at the black jack table sometime in the middle of the night and they tossed me out.  I walked over to the Imperial and played until about 9am at the black jack table until I got tossed out for being rowdy again.  I went upstairs and spent 20 minutes trying to fit my room card into the door only then realizing I was in the wrong hotel.  Gambling and booze is kinda like the mother shop calling me home, I have only been back twice since then, fortunately I matured slightly and have not been ejected from a casino since.
