I experimented with a cast iron skillet, last night on the home grill. It came out well, but was a little scorched on the bottom. Tonight, I'm trying a regular style pizza utilizing a pizza stone on one of my tailgate grills. By Saturday, Mrs. S and I should be pizza'd out. I know it isn't Wisconsin, but brats are certainly popular in Chicago and northern Illinois. Italian beef sandwiches are also a possibility.
