Gunner Kiel lost the starting job

We play them week 5 so unless he wins it back we'll be planning against Hayden Moore. Pretty big shakeup considering Kiel's hype coming out of high school.

Moore was the backup last year. He's the one who came in when Kiel went down and saved UC's season if I'm remembering correctly.

Yeah, not sure this good news for us, as we roughed up Kiel last year.  Remember the classic tackle that removed his helmet on accident? LB Harris, I think.

CIncy is a tough out, and I worry last year was a fluke.  I was at Cincy last trip, and we're a different team this time...so hopefully in our first game back at Nippert, we smoke them.  Cincy is a favorite to join the B12, so pounding them could be meaningful in many ways.

Kiel is injury prone.

Seems like they have a pipeline of qb's that are 6' 4" semi mobile qb with pretty good accuracy.

Whoever they start will be good.

Not sure, but I know we're replacing some serious experience up front. I think our O-line will be the key this season, despite mentions of the "three-headed monster."

Gunner has a nightmare last year, but in the past, he has had our number.  Guy is inconsistent and I think they get it.
