There is something else that Arias has been known for over his years, first while playing the game and later while commentating on the sport: His quick wit. Arias has never been shy about talking, and much of it has a comedic bent. Chances are the people involved in the tennis program at the University of South Florida will benefit from both Arias’ knowledge of the game and his sense of humor. Arias, who at the age of 52 has a knack to relate to the younger generation, was hired recently as an assistant coach of the men’s tennis team at USF. Asked why he took the job....
