Since this subject is way, way off topic please go to the blog and participate.  I'm looking for how we can make this a better board before the season starts.  I am interested in all ideas, but would like the conversation on the blog and not on the main board.  This is very important to me.  I'd like to get us in tip top shape by fall practices.  Thanks.
