Who do you predict will come in day 1 and potentially be a gamechanger for next season? Any of the JUCO guys, or even incoming freshman, thoughts?

Darnell Saloman

Craig Watts

Tramal Ivy

I see other guys getting playing time, such as Andre Polk and Josh Dunn, but I really think these three guys will make a huge impact from day 1.

It's gotta be Ivy, assuming he makes it.

This is easy, should be Tramal Ivy. I hope the majority of freshman don't have to play and can redshirt. It's not a good sign when freshman beat out jr's/seniors.

I was thinking Valdez Scantling would have the biggest impact opposite Rodney Adams. He is playing well this spring. I feel Cherry will come off the  bench real well at linebacker. Obviously if Calloway counts as a new commer, hes #1. He had the potential to be the best pass rushing DT USF has had in a long time. We may want to sub in Bronson or Hector for running downs though

Ladarius jackson is doing well in practice.  Valdez scantling seems to be a starter already.

Salomon and ivy should do well too

Our defensive line could be GREAT this year. We FINALLY got Eric Mayes, DE who was highly touted, Tramal Ivy #4 JUCO DE this year, AND Calloway is coming back. These 3 guys could be a big time factor for our team this year.

Imagine. This D-line could be at 2009 levels. Imagine how scary that would be. FSU lines up, they send cook up the middle and Senat or Ivy or Calloway comes in and WALLOPS him.

Fsu d line looks scarier than what we have.  Actually all the defensive players look like veteran Nfl size.  Hopefully speed will be our advantage.

Tramal Ivy at Bull should be immed impactful.  Hes that perfect hybrid player that has speed size and quickness that we havent had yet.  Other than that special teams impact for a lot of these guys to get their feet wet.  Dunn watts dukes.  I think Dunn could see some meaningful reps.  Taggart loves to play freshmen.

and don't forget Hector, he's been getting high praise from his teammates and the coaches. He could be a beast for us this year.
