No Shat. That is as sweet a music as one can expect to hear from a potential recruit. After the whining and crying here it's refreshing to hear from kids who aren't affected by the noise.

Grades aren't an issue for Manny. He's a sleeper just like Mr. 3A QB Mike White. I want kids that have proven on the field that they are winners, specifically in FL. This whole "big upside" recruiting based on ESPN's coverage of other states is where Skip went wrong. FL produces the most talent hands down, look at Minstral Raymond! I'm not about ESPN rankings I'm about winning & so was Jim Leavitt. My two cents.

Using only teams with 7 or more wins (full sheet & link attached):

1. Immokalee (11-4) W 55-29 - 193 yards, 4 TDs

2. Barron Collier (7-4) W 42-14 - 123 yards, 0 TDs

3. Venice (9-4) W 42-31 - 92 yards, 0 TDs

4. Island Coast (8-3) W 45-7 - 163 yards, 2 TDs

5. South Ft. Myers (11-2) W 42-21 - 237 yards, 1 TD

6. Mainland (9-4) W 41-14 - 239 yards, 1 TD

7. Miami Central (12-2) L 48-33 - 91 yards, 0 TDs (State 6A Semi's)

Total yards against teams with 7 or more wins: 1,138 in 7 Games (162-yards/game & 6.98/carry)

Total TDs for the same: 8 TDs (about 1 score a game)
