Nigel Harris also agreed with Auggie on this Facebook post.
Auggie says he's willing to work with them, I would love to know if Scott sees this stuff and changes his tune.

I believe that you can drink twice as many beers with "light" in the name than regular beer. Lose weight twice as fast! You can do it! We need this IPF.
If it has "light" in the name is it really a beer?

This offense is painful to watch. almost every run is between the tackles. this past week a RB would bounce outside and gain 6 or 7.
or stuff it between the tackles and go for 2. it is so obvious we need to use our speed on the outside runs but we never do.
Though, there was at least one run where Cronk tried to take it east/west instead of following his blockers and he got dumped for a loss. It is there. Sometimes.
It doesn't make sense to fire Gilbert right now with 2 games left to play. This is mainly a question for the offseason.

This will go over well with the students who don't care about sports, let alone football

I get the idea of stepping stones. That's why I posted that 40mil is less than 280mil and therefore easier to raise.
Oh I was in agreement with you. Quoted your comment for reference.

Because 40,000,000 < 280,000,000.
You get the IPF and it turns to be a sleek and successful fundraiser/expedition for the program, that's proof that it can be done and lead to bigger fish.
Let Harlan and Co. build up a 40M facility as a test or proof they can make it happen, then when they turn to the donors for deeper pockets they can say "look at what we've done, this is our next goal"

And a lot of those rushing yards were on the 45 yard busted play. Epstein had 8 carries for 56 yards, 45 on that play. You wrap him up and the rushing total stays in the 30's perhaps. As a whole the team maybe averaged 2ypc with that outlier.

Tito Benach, former writer for Bulls247, is in love with him. Favorite player of the class apparently. And of course he's getting more attention now that "SEC schools" are looking at him.

4 QTR? We haven't seen 2 QTRs yet.
Likely meant they haven't put together a full game.

Before the backups were put in and such, defense allowed 80 rush yards on 33 carries. Their qb was like 19/38 for 190 some odd yards and 2/3.
Defense did great in turnovers. They ended up what, +4?

Should have gone full bore and just wear the Rocky costume

Cherry was supposed to be transferring, wasn't he? What happened there?

Apparently Kiffin has been following a bunch of Ole Miss stuff on twitter recently.

A great fit would be Scott Frost. The guy has huge upside and has done a great job at UCF in a very short period of time.
Go Bulls!

It would be something for QF to go off this year and find himself in a position to win at least one of these awards. What a way to capitalize your legacy at your school than with something like that Walter Camp trophy in the case.

Brett Venebles or Lane Kiffin (because he just fits the sliminess of this situation so well) - considering the hassles Charlie had to deal with at Texas with the boosters, I'm not sure if he's too keen on going into an environment where there is a lot of pressure because of a delusional fan and booster base as well as the uncertainty with NCAA sanctions (I don't think the self imposed bans will be enough, especially with the Freeze misconduct and the lawsuit from Nutt). Not to mention that the SEC west is great at kicking the **** out each other every year - it's an uphill battle if you're not Bama.
Also, I heard that Charlie had to deal with some racism with boosters at UT...you think he wants to deal with an even more backwards situation at Ole Miss?? And with far fewer resources than UT?
I got to thinking about it, Ole Miss is a situation for a young up-and-comer who's looking to prove themselves devoid of whatever controversy exists. I don't think any coach with a pedigree would jump onto this ship. there's plenty of opportunities by the end of the season.
One team between TAMU, ND, and Tennessee is going to be looking for a coach by the end of the year. You could argue all of those situations are a lot more preferable.

Strong is getting paid a lot of money to sit here at USF. I can't recall at the top of my head, but I want to say he's got a pretty large severance to pay if he leaves us in the first couple of years. Its entirely disadvantageous to leave us, simply from a financial stand point. But we can look elsewhere.
This is Ole Miss we're talking about. The one with the surprising overall #1 recruiting class a few years ago, among other very questionable recruiting results and practices. If there's any team that's due for a kick in the pants, its Ole Miss.
So, how are we feeling?

So they're going to have to be opportunistic. create some turnovers, jump some routes
