  1. I truly believe that because the Fsu/Clemson deal fell though, us and Louisville are the backup plan. Can you imagine us vs Texas yearly and the crowds that RayJay would attract with big 12 opponents. I know we don't want to hope and then get disappointed.....but we are more likely to get the invite then Miami, Ucf, and the other schools in FL not named Gators or Seminoles =)

  2. I was trying decide which game to go to...Nevada or Philly.....we finally decided on Philly so me and the wife can visit New York also for the first time! Any info on transit from Philly to NY would be awesome!

Fly into Philly, take the train to NY, and fly home from NY.

Forget the train. Take with the BoltBus or MegaBus. You'll pay about $20 for a round trip ticket. 2 hour ride.

I live in New York and plan on going to this game. I'll be utilizing the bus.

    Thanks for the heads up!

  3. Even though this is tempting.....I am thinking about driving up there from FL and stopping in DC to visit an Auntie. Is the drive pretty painful up I-95? Me and the wifey drove to NC for the Muffler Bowl and it wasn't that bad coming from north FL. I figure we could use that money we save on driving (good gas milage car) to visit New York for the first time after the game. I'm worried about potential bad weather on the roads and we would take a train from Philly to New York because I heard you don't dare drive in NY ;P

  4. So I'm watching Sun Sports right now and there is a ONE HOUR special called "Rutgers Football: 15 Days" on. It's showing their spring camp and its like a mini "hard knocks" type program. As much as I hate them, I am enjoying it and Kyle Flood seems like a solid coach. My beef is why didn't we film our spring practices and put it on sun sports?! And we wonder how Rutgers recruits well in FL.....if I was a high school player I could see myself being charmed by a show like this. They are a close knit group of kids and coaches and they give off a "big time school" vibe on TV. You guys that are close to USF's program need to see if we can get some tv time to market our school and football team!
