He's done coaching and focused all his attention on selling the dream. He also proclaimed something ludicrous like after 8 years as a program they'd be competing for a national championship. That said, he's fantastic. He has said numerous times that they want to follow the USF model for football development. He got that stadium built despite tight financial times and supported the school through the faculty revolt when sports spending ramped up so quickly. I spent several years at FAU and the school has a long way to go but they know their place in the pecking order.

One notable difference is they see their future tied to their rivalry with FIU and hope to move up together with them. Much unlike the USF/UCF rivalry that Some see to want to distance themselves from. But when youve moved out ahead like USF did, there are countless reasons to want to shed that association.

Id pander as well if I was sitting on 5 season tickets that were essentially worthless to me. I'd throw individual games on stub hub and price them aggressively.

If Kore starts, looks like we're replacing a Waverly with a 5th year experienced senior. Depth, is what looks bad. I hope Omo is ready.

The book on White is that he is an underperformer and to some degree got himself run out of FAU. He's got the build and some skills but is not known as a hard worker. Hope that changes.

Is it finally safe to say (once you filter out the noise) the Big12 is going to expand eventually and wants a Florida school. FSU is preferred for obvious reasons but USF would be acceptable to at least some members? It seems if something gets repeated enough times it validates that idea.

Fitzpatrick is 6'8" and going to be the starting C? Ouch even if he plays bigger than that that will be hard to overcome against certain teams. Is it too late to bring in another big?

There's a very good chance that there won't be single game tickets for the FSU game.

Let me throw this out there. I work at usf and am a BB season tix holder. I called the FB ticket office asking about faculty sec 138 or 139 single game tix and they told me try back mid September. I asked about season tickets and wound up with a pair in row A. Apparently there is plenty of availability in these sections as of now.

I don't think that over the next 6 weeks they are going to move all these tickets to employees. So anyone know what protocol is? If the stadium is going to sell out I doubt they'd let lower bowl seats go unused.

Big theme for this year is to win the OOC games the Bulls are supposed to win. The BEC schedule isn't as forgiving as last year and non conference schedule is very winnable this time around.

I would really prefer if the Bulls used the Amazing Supporters Seated Every Season (ASSES) System, which sells all of its tickets based of the correlation of the success of its athletics teams to support of its general fanbase. It is really an innovative breakthrough in marketing.

There seems to be a real market for this kind of thing. Ill start playing around with some algorithms that maximize revenue and fan participation, tailored for the USF community. Tentatively call it 'BULLS-HIT'. Think it may be a winner.

First College to Utilize SEATS Pricing System for Football Will Also Price Men's Basketball
