What happened to this team? After Rice and Navy I thought they were actually going to compete for the AAC. Now we are back to basement dweller status and might lose to a school that basically abandoned their football program for basketball.

Don’t think anyone expected it to be this close. Liked the aggressiveness on offense going for it on 4th down, but it’s hard to win when you can only run one play.

Hopefully they build on this performance in conference play.

Should have kicked the FG when we were in range last time.

This feels like the UF game last season. We have been in it all game but just don’t have enough to win it.

**** the offense was finally starting to look able to run more than 1 play and then Brown does that.

Hard to get excited about this hire, especially after the Deion rumors. Feels like Jeff Scott 2.0.

To be honest I didn’t think he’d ever come to USF. I still don’t believe he will but i hope the rumors are true because it would be a huge boost for USF football.
 

After watching his interview on 60 Minutes weeks ago it seemed like he’d only leave JSU for the right job at a big program. Can’t believe he’d leave for USF given the current state of our program.

With GB and Marsh out, and Brown killing it, it's going to be a very interesting QB competition in 2023.  

Because Scott was terrible at every aspect of his job. 

Brown looks good.

It really is impressive how consistently bad USF’s basketball program has been with all the talent in the state.

Also, these new uniforms look terrible. 

It’s gonna be hard to be any worse than this season. 

People still clinging on to some bizarre fantasy that Leavitt will ever come back to USF is just sad. 

It’s time to face reality - he’s gone and nothing’s gone bring him back.

How were we favored in this game?

Our combined home crowds couldn’t fill up the lower level.

Speaking of Liberty, can’t wait to watch this documentary.

Scott’s tenure has been historically bad and it’s only get worse next season when we go winless against the likes of FAU, North Texas, Charlotte, Rice, etc.

Just shut down the football program. I’m convinced we will never beat a team with a pulse ever again.

There are high school teams that are better run than this. 

Can they really not have a handful of plays for the QB to call himself? There’s no reason the entire offense has to look towards the sideline for every single play.

This is embarrassing.

Down 20 in the 4th and they are taking their sweet time to run a play. 

ECU doing everything they can to let us back in this game.
