watching USF football. Every week is the same thing. How many times can we say Holtz should be fired? or Cosh? I'm going to have to turn this off for a week and hope somebody gets fired so I can then read all the "it's about time" comments and "why did it take so long".

At the end of the year Cosh will be the sacrificial lamb and Holtz will stay because Woolard is desperate to not admit he ****** it all up. Holtz will lose again next year and both Woolard, Holtz and possibly Genshaft will be shown the door.

It would be best if the Trustees just fire everyone now and start over. The sooner they hire a new president the better so they can hire a new AD, then the AD can hire a new coach. That won't happen, though, and the incompetence will continue.

You can't fire an University president just because the football team is in ruins...

OK let me preface this by saying i'm a student who would like to see another home game this year.

If we win our game and Cincinnati and St. Johns both lose to Louisville and Syracuse respectively (top two teams in the red division) we will have the #3 seed and no home game but would already be in the quarterfinals.

However, if only one of the teams Cincinnati or St. John's wins or if Cincy ties Louisville, we will receive the #4 seed and play the #5 team from the Blue Division either Seton Hall or Providence at home, but have to play into the Quarterfinals.

Now while this second scenario makes us have to play an extra game, I would prefer it.

If we win the game at home we get a match against the #1 seed either #5 Marquette (14-2-0) #6 Georgetown (14-2-1) #3 UConn (13-2-1) or #8 Notre Dame (13-3-0), whereas if we get the three seed we would play one of those same teams just as the #2 seed.

So I want to see another home game, but obviously I won't complain if we get the #3 seed.

As I student I read this and was extremely motivated. I showed it to my girlfriend and when she was done she was LITERALLY crying... Perfect way to set up before Saturday. Someone should pass this along to Skip for his pregame speech.

I may try bringing the scarf to the football games to get some good mojo going, hopefully it doesn't backfire and have bad luck rub off on it

Was the whole allotment used? Doesn't seem anyone got a 300 level ticket...

Wondering the same thing... Don't know how if they didn't because I only know of 1 person who didn't request a ticket.

I was unable to make this game due to work. How was the crowd?

Goalmouths were loud, but the seats were empty because it was a Tuesday night.

Just got mine! Go Bulls, and to weigh in on this conversation, I have three friends at FSU and I told them they need to get their own tickets because they CANNOT sit in our student section. Ridiculous to think otherwise.

Well, I am fired up for the game. I just hope we can hang in there and make a good showing... Anything can happen in football.. Maybe we get some turnovers early and the crowd gets jacked up.

I don't think the USF crowd is going to play much of a factor.

Only thing USF has going for it, is a full sized marching band. FSU is only bringing a pep band.

We were loud at FSU with less fans and more FSU fans against us... So IF plays go our way (i.e turnovers early, up 2 tds etc.) I expect us to be plenty loud.

Soccer team won 1-0 last night on a golden goal last night vs. Providence. He scored the winner jumped into the crowd and most of the team followed, I had friends who said they heard us from across campus after we won.
