Everybody would take that ...... some apparently still have a problem wrapping their arms around where we currently are as a football program and can't handle the fact that finishing mid AAC this year would actually be a pretty good accomplishment, all things considered.

Golesh has an easier conference this year than previous years to compete in. I know current state of this program and it's not pretty but also recognize that you can't compare this year's conference foes with last year's conference foes. It's a weaker conference. Middle of the pack this year isn't really doing much better than last year except some cosmetic look on a piece of paper with our name in the middle instead of at the end. I'm not expecting much but I won't be counting it as a successful year either finishing mid conference. To each their own...

The AAC is a lot weaker now and if we can't win in here I don't have any faith this ship is getting off the bottom of the ocean. I am going to wait until halfway through the season to evaluate AG.  If we resemble anything like the team we have seen the last three years then AD MK has to go because he has no idea how to hire and evaluate football coaches. ALL we can do is hope Golesh can turn this program around from rock bottom and climb up the ranking with some wins.

Conference is weak. A turn around in the new AAC isn't anything to boast about. If we win this year it really doesn't mean we have that much better of a staff unless he strings together some unexpected wins against the better competition. Time will tell.

@olafberserker Although many of the younger Pitchers (i.e. - Dietz, both Minks, Grause, etc.) came from great local programs and had great records in high school, their results were extremely poor. These young pitchers have had 2 years at USF and are not going to all of a sudden turn it around. Mohl's biggest issue was solely relying on the younger pitchers to develop and they each failed.

Based on this unsuccessful relying on failed pitchers, I have no confidence in Mohl and he should be fired!

No one knows but the offense instantly improved with CJS was gone.

Just stop. We get that you hated CJS. You are ready to point out all his shortcoming but never anything positive. Who brought in Chad? Who recruited BB. Scoring wasn't really a big issue. He needed to be fired for sure but you continually harping on him gets really old. Let it go.

I consider myself a die hard and think of El Toro as one also.  If he didn’t get fired we weren't renewing.  You are thinking of something of something above hard. Impervious maybe?

What's your level of confidence in Kelly making the correct decision going forward? I'm genuinely curious.
