It is just been so much fun! It’s never thought I would see the day of three straight sellout and an atmosphere like that for basketball! It is awesome

I was told earlier by someone else from USF that they were talking about the need to respect the ones who never gave up, but it’s even better to also hear it from the man at the top. 

I’m sure they are working on this but I would guess some combination? I have had season tix since season 1 so that’s good to hear. I am really curious though. 

I thought about this thread today when someone said to me fans should make coaching decisions. This turnaround really has been amazing. Let’s keep it rolling 

I was hoping this day would come but I’m not sure I actually believed it would. And I wear green goggles religiously.

I’m not sure about that. When we played them last time, we definitely had over 1000 people in our USF section. But that was a long time ago. They also had a very cool, pregame, pep, rally and party. I would love for them to replicate something like that again.

USF sells away tickets for every game, so definitely score them that way 

It really is amazing how other conferences can do it but the American somehow needs more time

So since we normally have like 4000 fans at a game, the other 6000 fans who showed up today, what are you normally doing during the USF basketball games? Imagine if that was our regular atmosphere!

Who's gonna be higher? Liberty maybe because their schedule is so soft... JMU, Toledo, and UNLV also have easier OOC schedules than USF.  Perhaps if they finish undefeated they could be ranked higher than USF.

If USF beats Alabama or Miami and wins the CCG to finish 12-1 ... that has to guarantee a spot above anyone from the other four conferences.

I guess because we’ve never even come close to winning a championship before. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for it I just think people are slightly overreacting to our bowl victory. I’m just curious what upgrades we’ve made to take that next step to compete with Tulane or Memphis for the conference title? 

This is really surprising. And I understand that people are excited and that is the goal. There is no question about that. However, we were 7-6 the last year. It seems a little far-fetched to go from that to winning the conference when we have never won a conference and going to the playoffs. I mean I really hope it’s right it just seems like a huge stretch.
