"Pick your switch" was a term I was very familiar with. If you didn't pick the right one, you got it worse. Rooting for him to succeed here in terms of developing young men, and brining our football program to the next level. Go Bulls!

That's how many seasons UCF went without a bowl game.

I'm concerned. Too many distractions with the coaching staff, bowl game atmosphere etc.

On the legal side, this is more about threats of prolonged litigation than who would be in the 'right.' In my humble opinion. You don't want to involve the courts, delay payments, etc., as AJ stated earlier. They need to come up with a mutually acceptable solution (for all three parties) or USF needs to look elsewhere. My guess is the deal is there, and Strong is considering it. Don't **** your wrists just yet, we're gonna have to wait a couple days.

No contract provision is clear when there is $10m on the line. For that, any attorney would argue the earth is flat.

I agree with some of the thoughts here that reasonable efforts to find employment does not equal reasonable efforts to maximize payments for offered employment.

Negative... but the cornerstone of all contracts is the intent of the parties when they entered the contract... unfortunately.... that would be an issue litigated.

Intent of the contract would be a point of litigation if UT brings it...
