  1. from our own conference teammates.  i post on a message board called www.thesportssummit.com and the UL fans over there are always putting down our program, they have now a thread over there, where two UL fans think our game will be a cake walk for them, that in order for them to get to the national championship and a bcs bowl game, all they have to worry about is getting through Morgantown with a victory.  when i mention our record vs them, they just brush it off, it makes me mad.

    Just win, Jim.

I agree with DataBull!!!  Just win, play it on the field all "talk and no action"!

  2. Bullman...now you, sir, are hard core.  I'm with you!  I'm especially looking forward to the Auburn, FAU and Rutgers games this year.  I might just do them all...who knows!  I love Bulls football and I already feel a little emptiness with the end of the year.  What have I got between now and then????  A little basketball, the spring Football game, the College Football preview magazines, the new NCAA game coming out?  Come on...I want more football!

We are with you CoolBull, ready to go again.  The season cannot come fast enough for us.  We plan on traveling to Auburn & FAU and maybe Pittsburgh.  Just waitin for that schedule.

  3. the four schools?! I've only seen FSU and UF represented. I've never seen UM let alone USF. Do they have USF stuff at the local Cracker Barrels? I've never been.

    Here is the link.

I just emailed my complaint form to Cracker Barrel.  Anyone interested just fill out the form to what applies.  I asked for equal representation amongst the schools since there are alum from other Florida schools here as well and not show favoritism.  I told them if they did not start to show equal representation that I would make sure to get the word out to the students and alum not patronize their establishment.

  4. :-/ I got a real "beef" but hey what's new about that coming from a Bulls fan.  One of our esteemed and loyal fans works with a bunch of Gay...tor fans and walked out of work this week to find his beautiful truck keyed just below the Bull's sign.  I realize you are innocent until proven guilty but come on first our team is a "no name" and nobody knows who they are and now the team that is vying for the title is feeling a little "threatened"?  Gee we can't even support our own hometown team without retaliation!!!

Also another tidbit of information, most of the Cracker Barrels around here sold stuff for the 4 main  FL teams.  One day we go back to eat at one particular one on Racetrack Rd to find out all the gear had been removed but the FSU gear.  We were told that the President said this was not Bull's country, yet it is still in Hillsboroug County.  We complained up a storm.  Then we came to find out that they may possibly have brought back the Gator stuff due to their going on for a title.  Any of you mad bulls out there need to barrage Cracker Barrel with your sediment on equal representation!!   >:(

  5. Hey Mama Bull I'm with you in this.  I plan on being there to let those guys know we are behind them 100%.  Hey we weren't even supposed to win against WVU and look what happened.  With the heart that team has now and the experience they have don't kid yourself, Auburn might get a little too over confiedent and USF is notorious for sneaking up on you!!!!   I say we win! :D;)

  6. Hey we enjoyed it!! Yeah had a few glitches along the way but when life hands you salt.......you make Margaritas!!!  To see that win in person was worth any glitches along the way!!!!  Planning to take time to follow the team to Auburn next year and hopefully the BCS game!  Go Bulls ;D

  7. Just heard from Joe Davis (equipment truck driver for team).  States weather is dreary and cold.  Starting to spit rain and will be raining tomorrow for the trip up.  Everyone be careful driving.  Friday night to be cold and Saturday morning will be 41 topping off the day at 60 degrees but no rain predicted for game.  Just bring the warm clothes and see ya there! Bulls getting lots of coverage from local papers.  Go Bulls!!  :D

  8. Talked to our equipment manager who left with the team yesterday.  Says Birmingham has welcomed us with open arms and seems very excited as a host city.  There will be 1000 staying at the Sheraton!  Says our guys are pumped and ready.  The press has been great, waiting to see the team at practise and snapping pics all over.  Coach JL let them for awhile but then nixed any further camera action.  Working on some new plays maybe????? ::) It's called don't tell ECU.

Regarding the best route to take here is the suggestion!!!  He went via Atlanta to Birmingham.  He said not good, too much construction.  Since he is a trucker here is the route he suggested:

I 75 N to I10.  Head West on I10 to Tallahassee.  In Tallahasse pick up 27 North.  Take this to Bainbridge, GA.  At Bainbridge pick up 84 West and head west to Dothan, AL.  As you are coming in to Dothan on 84 there is a circle around the city (210).  Get off of 84 on to 210 heading North.  Eventually you will circle around to 231 and take 231 north off the beltway.  Don't follow 84 through the city of Dothan.  Make sure you get off on 210 and head around the city.   Once on 231 heading North follow this through Montgomery to where you will pick up I65 and head on in to Birmingham.  To pick up I65 in Montgomery there are 2 ways to hit it.  The first option is the best, 231 hits 80/82 which is a circle around Montgomery.  The Beltway is named Eastern Blvd, Southern Blvd, Northern Blvd & West Blvd.  You want to take Southern Blvd which goes directly in to I65 in a short distance and then head north to Birmingham.
