Just show support, that's my point. Easy to sit behind a laptop or pc and fire off posts. Tougher to get out and support the teams at USF. If you can't make games, make a donation to your college, the alumni association, athletics, or just attend an local alumni chapter event. Just shut up and put up! Go Bulls!

Now, instead of bashing and making wild statements of half truths go out and support everything Bull. Buy season football tickets, next year attend men's and women's hoops games, attend on campus events, wear Bull apparel, and by all means join the USF Alumni Association. There are more than 205K usf alumni yet only 14k alumni members. There are more than 205K usf alumni yet only 15K football season ticket holders. There are 205K usfalumni and the men's hoops team only averages 3,900 fans to the game. There are more than 44K current usf students and the same numbers above apply. C'mon!!!!! This University will never be seen as "Big Time" until there is full support instead of the apathy on numerous levels. Go Bulls!

Note to Coach Jim Leaitt: You better go 12-0 this season, win the national championship by 40 and put 15 or so into the NFL next season or they will be calling for your head. Those that believe w/the talent level USF has on the hoops court over the last couple of years to compete in the A-10, let alone the BE have never played and have only yelled from the cheapseats. The first two years of CRM teams belong to Seth Greenberg (who sucked). Give the guy two more years and there will continue to be improvemet. If not, we are 5 to 7 away as a new staff is brought in and starts all over. Go Bulls!

Given two more seasons CRM will continue to turn around the hoops program. They are getting better and better each game and each year. It takes time. Go Bulls!

Based on the measure of success (games won), we should fire CJL. He has done nothing more than take us to a fourth place finish in the BE. That's not even above the mendoza line. The Bulls men's hoops are getting better and better each year and CRM is moving the needle in the correct direction. For the record, what does number of posts have to do with having a very good thought on this board. I see folks with lots of posts that can only sit in the stands and hurl insults. Go Bulls!

I'm excited about the passion on this topic. Just not sure we are near ready to compete w/the nations elite. It will take time. Go Bulls!

You want to make a difference? Put more butts in the seats in the sun dome during games (men's and women's). It's embarrassing that USF has 43K students and <3K show up for men's games and I've been to women's games and it's <1k. Join the alumni association, <14k are due paying members out of >205K alumni. Do something positive and lets all support USF like we should, unconditionally! Go Bulls!

Mac does a very solid job getting his team ready to compete. I'm not sure what the expecatations are? Are they to win the BE and the BE tournament, and go to the final 4? If they are why are the haters not validictorian(s) of USF? If you are not #1 in your graduating class you are a failure and should attend a community college in your home town. That seems to be the mentality when it comes to men's hoops at USF. I'm shocked your not calling for Leavitt's head. The football team hasn't finished better than 4th place in the BE, so why not get rid of Leavitt also? Get real, support the team and show some class. Mac has done a very good job in his tenure and the team is getting better with each game. How about some support instead of constant ridicule?

Very nice finish for the BE @ 5-0 in bowl games. Also a very nice finish for the "Big 4" Florida football teams in their bowl games, 4-0. Go Bulls!

Lots of folks that have never played the game. Keep running him and he will not finish the season(s) just like this year. For the record, I was at 9 of 13 games this year and Grothe is far short of 200 lbs. Enjoy the off season and Go Bulls!

Trust me when I tell you I understand the game of football. A 170 lb freshman QB running between the tackles in the not the ticket long term. I don't care who the QB is. This team will regret the day they continue to run this kid. Only time will tell. If and when he gets really hurt don't post on the board your displeasure. Sounds like most of you like him running. So be it! Go Bulls!

I asked before and I guess I'll ask again, why? I get when he is flushed from the pocket. However, I attended the game in B'ham and several runs were called for him including the leg breaking play. Color me old school, but QB's pass and RB's run! This staff is going to get this kid hurt for good with crazy, nonsense play calling like runs between the tackles for Grothe or any QB! Stop the madness, Go Bulls!

Wow! What an offer from Collin. I'm looking forward to seeing the lady Bulls again in Philly on 12-28 & 12-29. Check them out and your mind will be changed about women's hoops. I'll bet JD could beat 98% of the folks that post on this board 1-on-1. She is the real deal. Go Bulls!

It's funny that because of my life membership and my efforts working with the USF Alumni Association (Board of Directors & President of the Philadelphia/S. Jersey Chapter) and my Bulls Club membership I have lots of WIIFM. One example, my phone rang 20 minutes after the bowl game announcement and there were tickets, a hotel room, help w/air, etc. at my disposal. Don't get me wrong, I pay for all of these myself. That said, it's turn-key for me. I never look at my giving to my OUTSTANDING university who gave me a great education and great friends as a WIIFM approach. If that is anyones approach for any organization you give time or money to it says a lot about ones person. In order to be considered a top university we need more than 14K members vs. 205K alumni worldwide. Go Bulls!

T-Man, Staying at the Sheraton and I know of 5 from our chapter (Philly/S. Jersey). I'm coming with an old college roommate. Should be a great time and I'm really looking forward to a victory. Check out the lady Bulls you will not be disappointed. I love the men's game, however, the ladies do not play above the rim so they must be fundamentally sound. The men's game has become a series of walks, carries, and dunks. Hence why the world has caught us in hoops.
