  1. He is still sitting high and pretty making over 500K a year.  How does he still have a job??  He has made bad coaching decisions, one after the next, has cost the university over 5 million dollars in illegal firing practices (2.75 to CLJ and 2.5 to CSH).  He has driven the program into the ground by hiring inept coaches, has sat idle with conference realignment.  People talk about the upgrades to facilities, yet a lot of that was in works already, and was the work of LRS brining in extra cash, plus all the additional cash that we were brining in by being in the Big East.

FIRE WOOLARD!  Although at this point, it will not help the football program one bit, at least the future decisions surrounding the program could be made by someone who knows what they are doin.

  2. Did anyone happen to see the cups of water/soda/?? being thrown at the Houston player who was ejected for a questionable targeting penalty?  It was clear on replay that he attempted to turn his shoulder to avoid a high helmet hit, but it was a fast play, and he did catch a bit of the crown of his helmet on the UCF players helmet.  Walking off the field he was littered with cups of various liquids.  This is an amateur college player, not a pro, not a adult, but an amateur athlete and the ucf gnats showed their class by throwing things at him for an innocent mistake.  If you have not experienced a game over there, you have no idea what you are getting your self into if you elect to attend the game after Thanksgiving.  I promised to never return after our last game over there when we were peppered with profanities walking from the parking garage to the stadium.  I was with my wife, two grade school boys and a friend.  Its not like we were asking for it by walking through campus obnoxiously chanting and carrying on.  It also did not happen just once, but at least 4 times before and after the game.  I WILL not return to that degenerate, classless campus.

  3. Yes, I watched the game and once again I saw an incompetent coach making bad calls.   He looked like a fool running down the sideline on their last drive to call a time out.  They had the field position to kick a game winning field goal, yet he is calling timeouts and calling dangerous plays, which resulted in a late fumble by their RB.

  4. I imagine the chance of heat waves  will be even less in a few weeks, lets hope for weather like this for our game in EL.

  5. First off, I attended both games against UCF (2006 & 2008) and their fans are quite possibly the worst ever.  If you want to go, good luck.  I am on their Rivals board a LOT and I would consider some of them to be my "internet friends" but I will never step foot on their campus again.

That being said, my wife and I parked near the College of Education.  They left that building open so we could use the bathroom there.  Very nice!!!

I agree, I went to both games in Orlando and promised myself to never return.  Their fans are the worst we have encountered on 20+ road game trips over the years.  And its not like I am some trash talking, obnoxious college kid talking smack and being loud.  I was in my mid 30s at the time with two kids (5 and 7) for the 2nd game in MCO.  We heard all kinds of obseneties, some of which we directed at us while walking through campus and through the parking lots.

  6. The old, grey haired ref was the worst I have seen in a long time. He needs to be brought back to the nursing home, which I was sure to shout at him after he called traveling on one of our players after they got knocked down by a gmu player. Thankfully that terrible call was overturned by the other ref. But it was one bad call after the next by that old guy, He must be a gmu grad or has a great grandson playing on the team or something.

  7. I shouted the same thing about not paying the electric bill as Woolard walked by, it was loud and I know he had to of heard. I was going to yell a smart alec comment about turning out the lights to save money in order to pay off Holtz, but the right words didn't come to me in time.
