  1. Very exciting news to me.  In case anybody doesn't know I go to Riverview and watched Tyrone play, so great to hear he might come home.

My opinions on him:  He has the potential to be good at either position, he played more running back in HS, and mostly blitzed as an outside speed rusher when put on defense.  The thing that makes me think he might be better suited for RB at USF is our depth at LB, and lack of it at RB, but he is a big dude. Maybe even as a DE the way I have seen him play on defense, but again we have a  lot of young talented depth there as well.

btw, No I really don't know him personally.

  2. Yeah I was thinking about doing that Trip, but the thing was I wasn't sure how long the spring game would last and I really didn't think it would be worth it just to spend a half hour at the game. I wish the Lightning game would have started at 3:30 or 4:00 and I would have. Actually the way they played I wish I would have gone to the spring game. :'(

  3. Thanks for asking. I'll let you know I've lived in the Tampa area my entire life, so I'm probably a little bit biased but I think the last five years the Outback Bowl has been more entertaining. Just sorta depends on what you like more or who the teams are. The Outback has a beach day for both teams and their fans, a day at Busch Gardens (local theme park), a parade in Ybor City the night before on New Year's Eve and usually during the week of it the teams and fans usually go to a Lightning hockey game. Don't really know much other than the games about the Capital One bowl and I'm sure some people could tell you more about te Outback Bowl actualy.

btw, I love the majority of Big East fans, most have made us feel welcome and unlike the C-USA who can just be so idiotic at times. Hope I helped a little

  4. Thanks, I wasn't sure if you were still with the team when PJ got here. I think PJ is more mobile which will help give time to make things happen. Sheriff, it seems like O-line depth has been a problem for all 7 years, but I'm hoping the freshman that redshirted and the incoming guys will help out this year.

I think the front 7 on defense is going to be incredible this year. Talent and depth wise, especially at LB.

  5. It's getting crazy out there. Just a thought I haven't seen anywhere else: Does anyone think Rick Neuhiesel will end up with even more problems from this because I'm sure at least some of the allegations go back to when he was there.

  6. WOW! That was an interesting headline to wake up to! :-/

But, for the football aspect, if we loose him for a long amount of time (as we probably will) I don't think it will hurt us as much as what it would have this past year. We're probably going to run the ball more this year anyway, but I think our recieving core will be better this year with Bain maybe being a leader stepping up, Green and then Peyton. It still hurts though.

How do you let child support payments go to 17 grand!?
