  4. In this case no one. Look at the record book. No one was #1 wire to wire from the 1991 - 92 season, to present.

Duke was PS #1 and #1 all year during the 1991-92 season. I looked at the Kentucky ranking and they were not. Maybe I am overlooking something. But take a look at the record book start on Page 62.
