Real good recruits indeed. Had no idea y'all pulled in the OSU starting qb. Brown hit the floor running with recruiting ..... Will definitely keep an eye on you guys going forward and hope we are back together as conf mates in the future.

We just got another UGA portal kid today.  Projects as an OG or Center.  We need help on the OL.  Losing our best OL and another starter lost to an ACL earlier this year.

Heck! I may make a return trip to Boca Raton next season to see USF smoke FAU.

It is a nice stadium...basic erector set but good sight lines.

My take over at Syracusefan.com below:

Overall: I wouldn't mind the ACC getting a secondary agreement with the Boca Bowl with a caveat.

The line crew holding the sticks were comically bad along with the announcer. So many times the scoreboard had inaccurate down and distance. One stick guy would show 1st down and on the other side show 3rd down. The refs volume on field calls was set at 7 on the remote when we needed 88. I couldn't hear one call.

The sideline guys wore AAC patches. I believe the refs were Sunbelt.

The stadium was nice but basic erector set but it had individual seats. It wasn't well marked for sections and rows but overall as Tomcat said the sightings were excellent and lighting was very good.

Just wanted to invite everyone who wants to make sure and tailgate with fellow Bulls fans at the Boca Bowl!

We will meet up between 2:15pm and 2:35pm in Lot 16, outside of the FAU Graduate College and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

At 2:40pm, we will take W University Dr and caravan in to Lot 6, which is also called the Blue Lot on FAU gameday parking guides. We will be waiting outside the lot to open so we can all get in at the same time and therefore tailgate together. The spots are $20 each.

Overflow parking will be in Lot 7, also known as the Yellow Lot. If you arrive later, feel free to park in overflow and meet up with everyone in Lot 6. I suspect you'll be able to see all of the green and gold flags and tents.

I would love if someone wanted to coordinate food - I haven't been able to do that, so this will be potluck of course.

Looking forward to seeing you all there. GO BULLS!!!

Ha...my group will be in Lot 6 too.  We are doing it pretty simple.  Hot dogs, Jambalaya and Publix Sandwich Platters.

I would be totally surprised if Cuse brought more than 2,500 fans.  I could be way off, but if they bring 4k-5k good on them given the coaching and player situations.  Maybe @TexanMark could chime in on his thoughts regarding Orange ticket sales.

    Really no idea

    My WAG:

1000 from NY and 5000 from Florida and other states.

I expect about 6000 Orange Fans.

We had 20K in Orlando in 2018 but we also were playing for a 10 win season and top 15 ranking.

Who will play QB and where in Texas are you from?, the Bulls roll, much like 8 of the previous 10. Thanks bro and I wish you bad luck, but stay safe.

Well Shrader is TBD for QB

I suspect we'll play Vallari mostly.

Used to live in Hill Country and San Antonio.  Been in Florida since 2016.

247 shows only defensive guys in the portal.

Was QB Shrader injured? May be the reason for some of the loses. He's got some pretty good games. Was the #2 rusher behind Allen, who had 1062yds.

Yes he got injured in September...missed some games and couldn't throw

I was trying to figure out this game, I can get it at plus 3.5 Bulls but the Vig went to 15% so it is getting ready to move lower.  I think we are playing this like a playoff game to try to generate some excitement going into recruiting season. @TexanMark, I am a fellow Texan named Mark, so hook a brother up, what is your take? Will Syracuse come down ready to play or lay an egg?

I think the guys coming back next year will play hard.  However it is always a crapshoot to predict how teams will react after a coaching change.  It appears only one coach is being retained. It will be interesting what the dynamics of the old staff vs the new incoming staff.

  8. Expect to see a tight end playing wildcat.  I expect Dan Villari (QB converted to TE back to QB) to take most of the snaps.  LeQuint Allen our 1000+ yard RB will also take some snaps.  Our punter is awesome, Out kickoffs usually go 6-10 yards deep into the end zone.  Our FG accuracy is suspect.  Our starting QB is hurt and likely will play only limited snaps but he is a warrior.

With the coaching change we could be a hot mess with coaches leaving. Right now our new staff will be monitoring but the old staff expects to run the show.  The acting HC (Nunzio Campanile) coached vs Wake Forest after Dino was fired.  He is being retained on the new staff.  Right now no other coaches are being retained...that might change.

I see this game being competitive but no idea what SU will bring on gameday.

Since the acc has been sent to the little kids table,  the teams with value will be trying to get out. So the leftovers will have to make due.

I'd wait on that.  Until the GOR is broken or some team comes up with north of $500M I see the ACC sticking together until 2030 or so.  Let's see how the 12 team playoff works too.

USF I think eventually aligns with the ACC.  Many ACC fans want to invite you guys in after you get your OCS built as insurance against FSU bolting.  Their public tantrum last summer really turned off a bunch of ACC fans.

  10. You want an outsider's opinion?

    Glad you did lol

    A few critiques

I'm not sure the orientation of direction however

I like a tower on the west or southside blocking the sun

If you plan to have MSL soccer or pro lacrosse there make sure the dimensions support them

I prefer more rectangular vs oval

In Florida I love open courtyards on lower and upper levels for mingling.

Think about the students and let them wrap around the end zone and have a party deck nearby for them.

Individual seats alone the sidelines...however use bleacher seats for the students.  They love cramming in together.

Keep the design expansion friendly JIC

BL: still awesome to get an OCS.  If you ever have a huge game you can always put if in RayJay
