The low number of ticket sales shows why USF is not interested in a rivalry with UCF. I would be curios to see the comparison in the number of tickets from last years University of Miami game vs. this years UCF game.

If USF bought more tickets to the UM game it says a lot- USF fans would would rather drive 250 miles to a game versus 60 miles.

Hopefully FAU will soon be called out on their attendance. Since they threatend the NCAA for not allowing them to become D-IA. They hardly get 5,000 fans to their games. They do not have the support from the local community, trust me I know I live 10 minutes from FAU and I hardly ever see or here advertising for them. Cant wait untill USF comes to FAU and destroys them again.

usf 2004 I would like to say Thank you for your work and I do appreciate the coverage you are giving USF. Down in South Florida none of the major papers write about USF. At least we have a paper dedicated to USF. A couple of years ago, we barely had any Tampa Bay newspapers covering USF day to day. They where to busy covering UF, or FSU.

I was dissappointed as well to hear the event was cancelled. I reside in West Palm Beach and I see alot of the Bulls license plate around. Palm Beach County alumni where are you at?

I think its funny how our fans act as if we have been a basketball power the last 10 years, how its unexceptable to have a losing season, and how we need to get a new coach. We where just as bad with Seth, we where lucky to play in the weak Conference USA. The only time we where good was with Paschal and thats it.

What has Quin Synder doen for Mizzou? Took them to the NCAA in his first couple years, but they were not the players he recruited. Look at ghe players he recruited and the record he had in Mizzou- Not impressed at all. He is overatted as a coach.

Lets be real, a majority of our receivers stunk last year including Peyton, we had more dropped passes than caught passes- Stats dont lie! Peyton gone will open up a spot for a receiver who can actually catch. No need to include BB in the conversation he was to busy being smokin gout and getting high to remember that he was an underachiever. If he would of dedicated his game like he dedicated himself to his weed maybe he would have been a great player.

CJL filled the needs we needed defensive line and offensive line. Who cares about Duke. The only need I feel he didnt get is qb. But with Hill starting the next couple of years mayb we might land a better prospect in the next 2 years. Rankings dont mean crap! Its the coaching, the system, and the talent seen in the coaches eyes. FSU has had top classes in years past where did that get thme last year? 8-5

Does anyone have the contact info for ESPN? They have our enrollment number incorrect on the recruiting website. They have our enrollment number at 28k, i beleive it should be at 43k. Again, its another attempt from ESPN to make our school not as big as the other "big" time football  programs. Is it me or does ESPN have something against USF? Let the conspiracy theories begin!

It is important to get this info corrected so the public gets a better image of our school not being a comuter/small time school. In due time things will change. Also isn't ESPN our partner as well?

In the article they also show UCF list of recruits, they have more out of state recruits than in state. Out of the 11 verbals maybe 4or 5 are from FL. Does this ean USF has definately cut inot the recruiting of UCF? We will be part of the Big 4 soon....

Not an easy conference for anyone to play.

That is why the Big East is the number #1 Basketball Conference in America. Even the bottom feeders of the Big East can be just as competitive or better than the top schools from other conferences. Funy how the media isnt to open to discuss how great the Big East is unlike when the ACC was on top. Definately a lot of teams from Big East making the Big Dance in March.

James Holmes is 5th in Big East Scoring Average, i believe 18.7ppg.

Solomon Jones is 2nd in rebounds per game, i believe 9.7 rpg.

I agree with you Bishop. Good luck and good ridens in 2 years when they dont get playing time do not come back here looking for a hand out because we wont have any!

Does anyone have info on this kid? He has verbally committed to FAU. Did USF take a look at him? He has some nice size for a qb.
