How about we just make a rule that the AD must alteast know that we are not in Miami, and that "Southern Florida" isn't our name.

If you were 'grandfathered' in at the old donation level so that you pay, for instance, $100 for seats that now require a $1000 donation for new season ticket holders, you cannot add seats to your group (if you aren't already maxed out) unless you upgrade to that new donation level.

I got "Grandfathered" in at the "three-pack" price.  So I have 2 seats in 239, but don't pay any athletic donation. The first year I only got the 3 tix (I was outta town a lot that year) and now I have the same seats for the full year. It worked great.

i do think it is a mistake not using fisher at QB

With Fisher in we are one-dimensional... he can't throw the ball more than 10 yards.

We need (eventually) to get ONE multi-talented QB. Otherwise it's way to hard for a player to get into a groove...

Name me one successful NFL team that QB's by committee.
