The game was just bad and ugly for all involved, coaches, players, and fans. Maybe we need to release a bat in the sun dome for some positive mojo.

I think there benefits to having a pro style training camp where the kids are focused on football and each other. However, I think having it closer to Tampa, such as Lakeland at Tiger Town, would allow the fans to watch the team more often and perhaps aid in recruiting kids in Polk County.

Awesome game, crowd was in it and the Bulls played great defense at times and only turned the ball over five times. Lastly, the team was very diligent trying to make the extra pass for an open shot.

I'm more concerned about what is in the uniform, win and anything USF wears will look great.
-
Bulls came out flat and got their ass kicked, effort and energy just wasn't there tonight. This team will not turn the corner until the effort and energy is consistent for every game.

I will wait before passing judgement. Go Bulls.

Enough of the Dirty Bird love, I hate the Cards! Go Bulls!

BE Football Schools combine with the MWC to form the North American Conference -The NAC!
-
The BE will not be doing Rutgers and LVille any favors with the schedule, I expect USF to Play Rutgers following Rutgers playing at SDST and USF coming off a BYE week.

The three elements CWT mentioned that USF has been lacking, the details, winning culture, and passion. Can't wait for the bus to start rolling!

Would love to see former players take a leadership and some ownership of the program. Thanks for sharing, I hope DW takes the time to meet with Magee.

I for one never would have thought that the USF Football Program could have regressed to this point, however, I'm wrong. It just confirms how important it is to hire the RIGHT Coach and Skip is not that Right Coach. I had high hopes, yet after year three he and his staff are way in over their heads, from coaching blunders to coaching "mis-hires", Skip is lost. No amount of spin and cliches can hide the fact that team has under performed for the last two years. The fan base is embarrassed and a heavy dose of apathy has set in on the fans and the players considering today's pathetic game. Now is the time for leadership to step up at USF, to make the tough decision, the right decision, and let Skip and his staff seek employment else where and get USF back on the right track with the right coach. The program has been set back far enough, its now time to stop the bleeding and find a cure.

This topic of Nutt and USF is complete garbage and should be deleted.

UK will not hire Bobby P, too much bad blood between him and Rich Brooks who is still close to the UK Football Program. Look for UK to give serious consideration to Sonny Dykes who was a GA at UK.

Lost me at Bowden and Coker.

Business as usual on Monday, Ho Hum Baby! The team will practice well, spirits will be high, lots of energy, focused and ready for UConn.

I don't see Skip firing Cosh and I don't see USF firing Skip during the season. I would expect that Cosh will be relieved at the end of the year and Skip will get another year to go winless in the Big East then get fired. Overall this staff is in way over their heads and I don't see a team losing 22 seniors being better next season. I wish I could more positive, but, the trend is negative.

Coach Taggart building tradition
in USF South Florida Bulls Athletics
Posted
Winning cures all. Winning creates tradition. Winning excites. Winning leads to conference championships. Nothing will matter if the Bulls don't win. Right now everything is table dressing. I will wait till fall before falling in love. Have we not learned our lesson from the previous regime?
